Motor & Driver
ASINC. WEG asynchronous AC motors controlled by Yaskawa drivers from different powers depending on the machine model.
SERVO. Bosch/Rexroth or Yaskawa servo motor & drivers from different powers, depending on the machine model .
Position & speed sensing
Digital high precision encoder system that reads directly the crosshead position and makes a closed loop with the servo motor encoder. Several extensometer systems can also be applied to the machine and work with the software to achieve the required precision on every type of performed test.
Positioning
ASINC. Position resolution: 0.0004”(0,01mm). Position accuracy: 0.0008” (0.02mm). Crosshead positioning precision: 0.0016”(0.04mm) (machine sensing without extensometer system, in all the crosshead travel).
SERVO. Position resolution: 0.0002” (0.005mm). Position accuracy: 0.0004” (0.01mm). Crosshead positioning precision: 0.0008” (0.02mm) (machine sensing without extensometer system, in all the crosshead travel).
Speed control
Pronello device performs an active control over the Servo Drive or the AC motor driver, in order to adjust and maintain the test speed. Crosshead Speed Accuracy with zero or constant load: +/-0.3% of set speed.
Speed limits
ASINC. Crosshead speeds from: 0.8”/min to 27.5”/min (20mm/min to 700mm/min). For other reductions please specify.
SERVO. Crosshead speeds from: 0.0004”/min to 20”/min (0.01mm/min to 500mm/min).
Transmission
With timing belts. This type of belts combined with the use of lineal ball bearings, puts almost all the power at the crosshead. The final movement synchronism is produced by the closed loop performed between the crosshead and the servo motor encoders.
Force sensing
Z type load cell. Load Measurement Accuracy: +/-0.05% of reading down to 5% & 100% of load cell capacity. +/-0.1% of reading down to 1% & 100% of load cell capacity.
Movement transformation & Crosshead guidance
By BOSCH/REXROTH precision preloaded Ball Screw Assemblies. For the crosshead guidance, the machine has columns with lineal ball bearings of the same brand.
Data acquisition system
Of exclusive development, works combined with YASKAWA drives. The system is totally commanded by software.
Software
Developed in C++, with all the usual windows functions (file, edition…) resulting in a powerful buy friendly soft. It can handle several test simultaneously with a practical show/no show command, different curves colors and traces, making results comparisons a really easy job. Different types of graphics, charts & reports are available. A pass / no pass curve analyzer and a production module are other available functions.
